Our house is located in a sunny, quiet location with a great view to the Sonnenspitze in the south and the Zugspitze with the Ehrwalder Alm Cablecar in the north. Right from our house you can start to various summer hiking areas such as the Ehrwalder Alm, the Seebensee, the CoburgerHütte, the Zugspitze via Gatterl, the valley of Gaistal or the waterfall. It’s only 500 meters to the town center of Ehrwald, passing the picturesque Martinsplatz square by foot or taking the free bus which stops right by the house.
Our guest rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern equipped with shower / WC, large flat screen satellite TV, safe and hairdryer. Each room has a balcony with a great view to our beautiful mountains.
The cosy breakfast room and lounge is generously equipped and offers the opportunity to spend time in good company or to relax in quiet.

The apartment "Schwalbennest " is on the second floor of our house and can accommodate 2 adults. Enjoy the new bright apartment which extends over the entire first floor with 75 square meters.
Bright and modern kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, including oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Generous dining table with seating for 6 persons.
Warm atmosphere in the living room. Equipped with flat screen satellite TV, spacious seating on two sofas, which can be converted to beds.
Separate bedroom with large beds which are two meters in length, large closet, flat screen TV and sink. Great view to the northeast towards the Zugspitze. Separate bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, wash basin and underfloor heating.
